Thursday - Lunch at the Rectory
The Grey High School Rector, Mr Neil Crawford, kindly hosted the class of '62 for a lunch in The Rectory garden. Neil was joined by the Junior School Headmaster, Lindsay Pearson, and the Old Grey Union Committee.
Some of the Class had already braved golf at Humewood, while other were still recovering from a heavy night out. From all reports, the Selley Concert had been a wonderful success. Once all seated, one, unnamed 62'er, pointed to Lindsay and asked, "Who is that? He has aged so well!". His error was pointed out to him. I'm sure Lindsay wouldn't mind being in our class. The team were well entertained by the Rector, with many of Class never having visited The Rectory before. Charlie Nortje and Leo Davis had some fun with the Rector's hat stand - hopefully some picture will follow.
Here is a group photo of those that attended.
